If you accidentally empty your Deleted/Trash folder, we offer recovery of emails for up to 30 days after they’ve been permanently deleted from the Trash folder.
How It Works
When you delete a message from your inbox, it first moves to the Deleted/Trash folder. If you then empty Trash or delete the message permanently, our support team can attempt to restore it within 30 days.
To request recovery, simply contact support and provide:
Your Evromail email address
Approximate time of deletion
Relevant details (sender, subject, folder)
We will then attempt to recover the messages back to their original folder.
What Can Be Recovered
Individual emails and threads (including attachments)
Messages permanently deleted from the Deleted/Trash folder within the last 30 days
Important Limitations
Time window: Recovery is only possible up to 30 days from the time of permanent deletion.
Best effort: Recovery is not guaranteed if data has been overwritten or falls outside the time window.
Support required: This is not a self-service feature; you need to contact support to initiate recovery.
