AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND EARLYLION AS (EVROMAIL.COM)

Evromail.com offers you access to an email service (Evromail.com) in accordance with the terms of use outlined below.

1. MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR THE SERVICE

The current membership fee is non-refundable after the order is completed, as the services are delivered electronically and immediately upon ordering. The membership fee is paid in advance once per year. The service runs and is renewed for one year at a time unless terminated in writing (see section 15 Termination).

Currently offered payment methods: Card payment (credit/debit).

2. USER CONDUCT

It is not permitted to send "spam" (unsolicited email directed at people you do not know, including but not limited to junk mail, chain letters, or other forms of unwanted mass email, commercial or otherwise) using Evromail.com.

You are solely responsible for the content you share, and you agree that Evromail.com functions only as a passive channel for transmitting your data. You understand that material you transmit through Evromail.com:

(a) does not infringe upon any third-party ownership or copyright laws, or rights regarding publicity or privacy
(b) does not violate any law, statute, regulation, or ordinance
(c) is not defamatory, libelous, pornographic, or obscene
(d) does not contain viruses or any other harmful programming, scripting, or software

3. REGISTERED INFORMATION

Providing information beyond the technical data required during account setup is optional. If such information is provided, you agree to supply Evromail.com with up-to-date, complete, and accurate information upon request and to update this information as necessary to keep it current and correct.

You are solely responsible for all such information, including your choice of username, should it be deemed an infringement of copyright and/or trademark protection of any company, organization, or individual.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

Account information, registration information, and other personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. RULES FOR MINOR USERS

If you are under the age of 15, you may not register an Evromail.com account without parental consent. Inquiries regarding this can be sent to: support@evromail.com

6. PERSONAL USE

Your right to use Evromail.com is limited to your own personal use. You agree not to resell Evromail.com. Please keep your Evromail.com password confidential, as you are legally responsible for all usage of your account, including unauthorized use.

7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

You agree to hold harmless Evromail.com, its employees, board, trustees, representatives, and successors from any liability or expenses related to your use of your Evromail.com account.

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

You use Evromail.com at your own risk. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Evromail.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Evromail.com makes no guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Nor does Evromail.com guarantee that the results obtained through the service will meet your expectations or that any software errors will be corrected.

Evromail.com does not guarantee any product or service purchased or obtained, or any transaction entered into through Evromail.com. Any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of Evromail.com is at your own discretion and risk.

You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Evromail.com, shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms of use.

9. LIMITATION OF LEGAL LIABILITY

Unless prohibited by law, Evromail.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for communication interruptions, data loss, or loss of profits, even if Evromail.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, images, graphics, video, and other materials presented via Evromail.com may be protected by copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or other laws and rights.

You may only use this material as expressly authorized by Evromail.com and may not copy, transmit, or create derivative works from such content or information without written consent.

Your email address remains the property of Evromail.com, but you have full rights to use the address as long as you comply with our terms of use.

11. TERMINATION

Evromail.com may suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, due to misuse, effective immediately. Evromail.com may also terminate your account due to inactivity.

If your account has been inactive for 1 consecutive month without renewal, Evromail.com reserves the right to terminate your account and return incoming emails as "undeliverable." If the account is reactivated after deactivation due to inactivity, the current terms of use will apply.

12. CHANGES

Evromail.com may change the terms of use, pricing, and/or expand or improve its current service with new features. Users will be notified 14 days before any such changes take effect.

13. PASSWORD REMINDER

If you have lost your password, you can request to have it sent to your mobile via SMS on this page.

14. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a right of withdrawal according to Norwegian law. Our services are delivered immediately upon account registration and/or upon the purchase of additional services. Orders must be paid if the account or an additional service has been delivered or used after ordering. This applies to purchases made via mobile payment, credit card, and/or invoice.

If the account has been logged into, it is considered activated. The exception is if you have received a trial period to test the account. A trial period is free of charge. After the trial, the account must be paid if you wish to continue using it. If not, it will be deleted along with all content within a short period — usually within 14 days.

15. TERMINATION

Termination of an account or additional services must be received no later than one month before the next membership period begins. You can find your membership period under the “Services” tab when logged in at www.evromail.com. Payments already made for the account and/or any additional services are non-refundable. To terminate your Evromail.com account, you must send an email from your Evromail.com address with the cancellation notice to: support@evromail.com

16. SERVICE NOTIFICATIONS

Evromail.com may send SMS messages about service issues, system upgrades, or similar. Each SMS notification costs NOK 1,- per message received and is charged to your mobile subscription. We use ViaNett SMS Gateway and their short code 1963 for such messages.

17. VIOLATION OF TERMS

You are encouraged to report any violations of the terms of use to: support@evromail.com

18. NEW SERVICES AND INFORMATION

You grant Evromail.com permission to provide offers for new free or paid services as they are developed and introduced. You also allow Evromail.com and its partners to contact you via mail, email, phone, SMS, or other means to inform you about relevant services and products, including updates and marketing.

19. MISCELLANEOUS

These terms of use are governed by Norwegian law without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of the terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be disregarded, and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

If Evromail.com fails to act on a breach of the terms by you or others, it does not waive its right to act on future or similar breaches. The terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and Evromail.com and supersede any prior agreements regarding the subject matter described here.
